Watkins Hotspring Impeller & Seal Kit XP2 2.0HP 2 1/8" Eye Vendor # 4081, Wavemaster, 8000, 8200

The shaft on my Watkins pump motor was swollen with corrosion and destroyed the impeller shaft. Why the motor shaft is not stainless steel is beyond me; Watkins trying to save a nickel I guess. Anyway, once I got everything apart and cleaned up (no easy task because of the extensive corrosion), this kit saved my having to by a new pump. Everything fit perfectly and the pump no longer leaks and performs as good as new. You may need to watch a YouTube video to see how to properly install the kit and use the included silicon sealer as the kit does not include instructions.

My Hot Springs pump was leaking. The dealer wanted $1K for the pump & motor. After watching the video, I had a few questions about ordering the correct part. I had my answer & recommendation quickly. Parts made it to the left coast in a few days. Pump repair went very well. Saved me about $950 so I'm VERY happy!!!
