Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the Purchase Price less our shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. You Will Not Be Refunded on the Shipping and handling. We Will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If You Ordered the Wrong Part You Will Be Expected to Pay the Return Shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund quickly within 1-2 days after your part is received back to us and found to be new and unused.
Note: We DO NOT accept returns on Electrical parts but will provide replacements on a defective part...

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we do ship mostly with the US Postal Service therefore you will need to give us a PO Box if you have not mailbox.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do everything possible to ship your part on the day of or the day after your order if it is late enough in the day. We ship everyday except Sunday but have earlier cutoff times on Saturday.
