The valves on my waterfall had stopped working. Using the instructions on the video from this site it took me 5 minutes to fix and saved a lot of money.

Thankfully I called in before attempting to purchase the item myself, the staff was beyond helpful and assisted me in getting the right product for my Four Winds - Honolulu hot tub. I ordered two of these valves which control both of the waterfall features. Previously the waterfall feature lost adjustability and was about 50% running when all the jets were in operation. Was going to have a service tech come to fix my hot tub. I called The Spa Guy, explained the issue, he told me what I needed. It was delivered in a couple of days. EASY to install, problem solved. Saved at least $100.00. Thanks!
