    The video showed exactly what I needed and I ordered that exact part. The cost of the part vs bringing in a spa contractor was huge. Thanks for making me feel confidant in making this repair myself!

    Designed better than the part that was stock in my tub

    The company initially sent the wrong part. When I advised them they took full responsibility and sent out the correct part very quickly. The new part fit perfectly and is designed better than the old part which broke. Do not hesitate to do business with this company. Another thing that I have to mention this was the best price that I could find with shipping on the net. Other companies had a cheaper price for the part but when you added in their shipping costs they were way highe.
