Cal Spa, Polynesian or Emerald Complete Heater 5.5kw Retrofit 15 3/4" X 1 1/2"

Note: This heater IS NOT Exactly like the original as the original is not longer avaliable.. This will work in place of the old one but it is not going to jump in it will require effort and mechanical ability.. If you are not willing to apply effort in the installation do not buy!!

The way it works is there are adapters on both ends of the heater that will thread onto the original 1 1/2" threaded Heater Unions and adapt them to the 2" heater split nuts.. It is actually very easy to do but some people have zero imgination and can't seem to get it installed.. 

 This Part is a Retrofit Heater tube to replace the original Cal Spa, Emerald of Polynesian 15 3/4" x 1 1/2" Heater and tube.. includes Tube, Element, Split nuts and Gaskets along with the 1 1/2" to 2" conversion fittings.

This generic hot tub heater is used in Cal Spas, United Spas, packs and other brand hot tubs. Flow thru type heater assembly with stainless steel tube. Heating element included, Used in 1990 to 1993 - No pressure tap.
