    The O-Ring challenge

    I sent you an email on a Sunday afternoon along with pictures of the pump union O-rings that were installed on my 1999 Sundance Cameo hot tub as I could not determine whether the diameter of the O-rings was 2 1/2 inches or 2 5/8 inches. Much to my surprise, you responded within a few hours and identified the O-rings diameters to be 2 5/8 inches. I ordered the O-rings on Sunday evening and they arrived a few days later. They fit perfectly when I installed them. The price for the O-rings and the shipping and handling charges were both quite reasonable. I am very happy to have found your website.
