Description

This part is a 25Amp Pressure Switch that features 1/8th" MPT Standard Threads and 2 Spade connectors for attaching the 2 wire connections. Watch the Video for How To Information on Pressure Switches. This Switch will fit Balboa, Gecko, ACC, Hydroquip, Len Gordon, Maddux and most other standard Hot Tub Heater Tubes but the 25Amp feature is rarely found. The 25Amp switch would normally be found in a 115V Plugged in stsyle where the hot wire for the Heater runs through the switch. Most Air Button Pressure Switches only have a relay turn on wire going through the Pressure Switch that draws less than 1 Amp. What goes wrong with these switches is either the Switch does not close when the pump comes on and puts pressure on the switch or it doesn't open when the pump goes off. If either of these things happens you will have a No Heat or Overheat Situation on most systems. The are other things that will cause a flo code like an inoperative pump or a stopped up filter so be sure the switch is bad before replacing. The Pressure Switch in this auction will work in any application including a 25 Amp or a 1 Amp system where a 1 Amp will on work in a 1 Amp system.that application.

This is the place to go for dependable readily available spa parts!

Had went to my dealer where i bought my spa in 1996, they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get the part, quoted a ballpark price and no part number, had to wait. . Phoned hottubparts and gave them the details. They gave me the part number, cost and aid it was in stock ready for shipment. I placed the order and a few days later i got the part, replaced the old switch and like magic it was back to 104dg water. Thanks HotTubePartsOfAmerica you really do know your stuff
