Description


This Seal Kit is used ONLY in Watkins Hot Spring Caldera Wet Ends where the motor has the Vendor code of 3536. This kit features the seal and an install tool as well as silicone to install the seal with.. It is 1 39/64" Across the back of the Spring Seal part that goes into the volute or wetend back and the Ceramic & Rubber part that goes into the impeller is 1 11/32". The Hole in the ceramic part is about 3/4" and the hole in the spring side measures about 45/64". 

 

NOTE: Search for Vendor # 3536 on the pump motor label if your has that then this kits is correct..

To Install you should put silicon sealant on the back of the Metal part and gently push it into place with a 1" coupler as the push tool. Also the rubber part can use a light coat of silicon to slide it into place in the impeller. 
We offer these alone, with The Professor's Silly Juice or with an Impeller in a kit so look in our store. Note: We offer this seal with the seal too and silicon, with the seal tool and silicon and bearings or the seal with the seal tool, silicon and an impeller in our store.

Please note: When you have a seal leaking in most cases you will need an impeller because the leak caused water to get into the metal shaft area that the impeller is screwed onto and expands and damages the impeller.     Pump Seal Kit

    The repair kit worked perfectly saving me hundreds of dollars. The how to videos were very well done and helpful. When I called for advise, the Spa Guy could not have been more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend installing this kit rather than replacing the wet end. The Spa Guy is the only place where you can get a replacement seal kit. Everyone else will want to sell you the complete wet end.

    Pump Seal Kit

    After watching the Spa Guy's video and ordering a seal kit, It went together perfectly. No leaks or drips. The harder part was getting the pump and motor in and out of the HOT SPRINGS SPA. Saved me several hundred dollars. The local dealer just wanted to replace the pump and motor ($700) plus labor. $1,000 bill before they would be done and I repaired it for less than $30. The Spa Guy really is a Super Hero.

    the part was correct and easily installed with the kit that i ordered. the man i talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable and guided me through finding the correct part.
