Magic Mend Repair Plumbing Fittings

These Magic Mend Repair Fittings are sized based on the inside diameter of the pipe you are trying to repair. An Example of a 2” Magic Mend Fitting Coupler would be a fitting that measures 2” Outside Diameter on each end and would glue inside of a 2” Pipe which measures 2” Inside Diameter to mend the pipes together. These Magic Mend Repair Fittings are mainly used when you have a plumbing situation where normal fittings would not work like when a piece of 1 ½” PVC pipe for a Swimming Pool Pump has broken off in the concrete even with the surface. Instead of breaking the concrete up you could use a 1 ½” Street/Spigot Magic Mend that would measure 1 ½” on the smaller slip end and would be glued into the broken pipe and the other end would be the same width as the pipe now which would be about 1 ⅞” and would accept a 1 ½” Coupler which would measure 1 ⅞” Inside Diameter. Once you glue the 1 ½” coupler into place on the Magic Mend you would have a reliable fitting to use to plumb back to your pump and not have to break any concrete. There are many different configurations so look through and find the one that is right for you.   

Magic Mend Repair End Diameter Chart:

½” Glue Inside Repair End would measure ½” O.D.

¾”Glue Inside Repair End would measure ¾” O.D.

1” Glue Inside Repair End would measure 1” O.D.

1 ½” Glue Inside Repair End would measure 1 ½” O.D.

2” Glue Inside Repair End would measure 2” O.D.

I have never seen 1 ¼” in Hot Tubs
