This motor is for either a Vertical or Horizontal Mount Aqua Flo Circ Master CMVP, CMCP or CMHP 230 Volt Pump 1/12 or 1/15th HP .067 Amps 1 Speed..

Since the FMVP Pump has been discontinued this is a way you can do the repair.. You can choice parts for the pump from the link below and reuse the housing with this motor.. 

These pumps are found in some Thermospas, Saratoga and other brands as well..
