Cal Spas 1990-1994

New replacement 5.5 KW electric heater assembly for older Cal Spa control systems, such as the PS1-PS5 systems. The original heater had a 2 inch manifold that tapers down to 1.5 inch unions at each end. The new version has a heater element that can be replaced unlike the original style.

The original Cal spa version that tapers down to 1-1/2" is no longer available as per Therm Products. We now send the universal 2" style that will come with (2) 2" x 1-1/2" union decreasers / adapters. Simply screw the new union adapter to the male threaded tailpiece in your plumbing, then screw the female heater union to the male part of the adapter.

This is the only option short of replumbing your spa. See second picture
