This part is (1) Multibody air injector in Gray.

This air injector requires a .60" hole size and comes with a small gasket , retaining nut and three different barb adapters to suit multiple plumbing scenarios.

The adapters come in a straight, tee and 90 degree elbow style and accept a 3/8" air tubing. 

Dynasty spas used this air injector on many of their earlier classic models from the mid 90's to early 2000's.
