This is a 1.5HP Seal and (2) Bearing Kit & Impeller with a 2 1/8" Eye Width and a 5/16" Vane Width and 4" OD for an Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 Frame Wet End 1.5HP Motor that has about 9.0 Amps at 230V. This Impeller fits between the Face and the Volute of an Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 Wet End. I would advise replacing the Seal when you replace the Impeller. This Impeller uses a PS-200 Seal that can be found in our store. Choose with care, I Do Not accept returns so be sure these are correct before ordering! Visit our Store as we also offer these and other associated products and accessories for your Spa. Note: A 115v motor that uses a 1 HP Impeller would show about 11-12.0 Amps on high speed a 230V motor would show about 8.0 Amps on High. See chart below for other Horsepowers. Do Not choose a Larger Impeller thinking that it will make your Hot Tub Stronger it will only damage the Motor and make it run hot on high speed. To determine the HP refer to the chart below.. The difference between a 48 or 56 Frame wet end is the spacing of the Motor Thru bolts. The 48 Frame will be 3 5/8" between or 5 3/16" in a X Pattern with a 1/4" Bolt Head and the 56 Frame will be 4 1/8" Between or 5 3/4" in a X Pattern with a 5/16" Bolt Head. 91694150
Note: This Bearing has a 17mm bearing center hole some motors on Aqua-Flo pumps have a 16mm bearing center hole so measure before ordering.. We don;t offer 16mm bearings in a kit form..
This Impeller uses a PS-200 Seal that can be found Click Here.
Do Not choose a Larger Impeller thinking that it will make your Hot Tub Stronger it will only damage the Motor and make it run hot on high speed as well as there are (3) different size wear rings on the impellers so if you choose a different size impeller your wear ring may not work. Measure your wear ring to determine which impeller section you should be in.. 2 1/8", 2 3/8" or 2 5/8" look for the eye sizes in the impeller description area...
I bet your HOT TUB is on a 50 AMP breaker…... Therefore contrary to what you have been told you DO NOT have a 5 or 6 or 7 Hp pump.

watched video on appropriate motor pump for my hot tub nd determined which kit to order. kit arrived and following instructional videos replaced bearings and impeller etc. reassembled and after some electrical problems not associated with pump repair, newly repaired pumpand motor seem to work ok. I will not know how pump works until I fill tub with water. with holidays coming on, had no chance to fill tub, so will see. but parts were exactly what was shown and instructions were right on money. if you have the time and the ability, this is a doable project.
