Description

This Kit features a 2.5 Horse Power Impeller and Seal that fits 56 Frame Pump Wet Ends manufactured by Intertek LX Brand and are found on Jacuzzi® Premium or Sundance® brand Hot Tubs only. The pumps this impeller fits usually have the part number 6500-352, 6500-365, 6500-367 And 6500-363 on the label.

Note: Normally you will have the WUA400-I or WUA400-II style part numbers along with 6500-352, 6500-365, 6500-367 or 6500-363 on the pump but if it is a Jacuzzi or Sundance most likely this is the correct impeller.. Another way you can tell which style you have is the spring part of the seal is on the back of the impeller on this style and the spring part is on the volute "back" of the other style... If you have the other style look for "Guangdong LX pump" in our store..

NOTE: IF YOUR PUMP HAS WUA400-I or WUA400-II and does not have a 6500 number this kit is NOT CORRECT.. Search our store for WUA400 and you will see the other style kit.. The spring part of the seal is on the back of the impeller in ththe Sundance Jacuzzi kit and the spring is on the volute is the normal style..

It is about 4 5/16" across the face edge to edge, it measures about 3 1/16" from the tip of the front to the tip of the sleeve in the back, it also measures 13/32" from the inside of the vane edge to edge. Some of these impellers have a number on them PPO 109 if yours does this is the correct impeller.. There is only one choice for the Jacuzzi Premium and Sundance pumps... 

NOTE: This Wet End looks a lot like an Aqua-Flo, Guangdong LX and a CMP Wet End but they do not interchange see the video for how to tell the difference! 

Note: This Impeller Fits Jacuzzi Premium or Sundance Brand Guangdong Chinese LX series Pumps only Some Pump Part numbers are as follows on the label: 6500-352, 6500-365, 6500-367 And 6500-363
To Install this Impeller you will have to remove the face plate and unscrew the impeller. There are time where you will have to disassemble the motor in order to loosen the impeller because they get stuck when they leak. Note: We offer parts & kits for this wet end and complete pumps in our store.

Please note: When you have a seal leaking in most cases you will need an impeller because the leak caused water to get into the metal shaft area that the impeller is screwed onto and expands and damages the impeller.     Jacuzzi Pump Leaking seal repair

    The pump repair was not too difficult but required a little mechanical skill to pull off. The parts fit just fine and the pump is back and running for much less than replacing the entire unit.

    When I finally got the correct parts (after sending a picture of the parts that were bad), the repair was relatively straightforward. It was harder to get the pump out of the hot tub than to replace the parts needed.

    Texted the number for a unique part for hot tub pump part (Intertek Sundance) and got immediate response with correct replacement based on my info and text. Installed and worked without problems thanks to videos as well.

    I was having trouble finding a replacement pump for my Jacuzzi spa. Billy's video on how to replace pump seals and clean a corroded motor shaft was complete and easy to follow. For a fraction of the cost of replacing the pump and motor the seals were replaced and original unit is good as new. Thank you for the great service!

    I am NOT an expert in any shape or form when it comes to spa repair. I found these guys on YouTube to see how challenging it was to repair my leaky pump. After watching multiple videos, I ordered the parts and figured I would give it a try. The parts were spot on once I review the video they provided. I was able to take disassemble the spa pump and repair the damaged parts. I HIGHLY advise to buy the kit with the impeller. Mine was cracked and damaged. I am very happy that I listened to my gut to purchase the additional parts. If you are able to fix small things around the house then you can fix a spa pump. With the videos it made a world of difference and I was able to do it with ease. A+ to Hot Tub Parts of America! Well done.

    The combination of the videos and the clear descriptions allowed me to select the correct parts and replace the impeller and seal kit in two jacuzzi pumps. The local dealer told me it would be over $600 to replace both pumps but I did the work for around $100 in parts and took me a couple of hours. THANKS!!
